This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a high performing sales team for a leading Audio Visual integrator.
As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include :-
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the UK market. Build, manage and lead a high-performing audio visual sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching, training, and support. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and forging strong relationships with key decision-makers. Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting the sales strategy to capitalize on new opportunities and address challenges. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients. Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report on sales activities and key performance indicators to senior management. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, raise brand awareness, and stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies. Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring clients' needs are met while maximizing profitability and maintaining long-term relationships. Work closely with the customer support and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction
Based in Reading, salary will be GBP55k p.a. basic, plus lucrative commission structure as well as:-

Your skills and experience
You will have:-
Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the audio visual or related technology industry. Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team. Strong understanding of the UK audio visual market, including key players, trends, and technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels. Results-driven and proactive, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or a background in audio visual technology or engineering is a plus.
