Our asbestos litigation team specialises in handling a range of complex, sensitive and often life limiting claims brought on behalf of individuals who have been exposed to asbestos. We have represented many clients whose cases have gone on to change the law in relation to asbestos related diseases.

All the solicitors in the firm specialise in asbestos claims and have specialist asbestos accreditation from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). We have over 45 years' experience of representing people who suffer from asbestos diseases like mesothelioma and their families.

About the role

We have an opportunity for 2 Associate Solicitors (1–4 years PQE) to join the team and support a Partner and/ or run their own cases (depending on experience).The candidate will be working exclusively on a caseload of asbestos cases. The candidate will either already have some experience in this area and be looking to specialise further or be committed to training and specialising in this area.
