With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering top-notch property management services, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team at the Senior or Associate Director level.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for an Associate Director - Property Management Surveyor to play a key role in overseeing and enhancing property management services. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in property management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing high-value portfolios.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, ensuring their unique needs and expectations are met with the highest standards.

Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to ensure optimal condition and compliance with regulations.

Asset Management

L&T / Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their objectives and delivering tailored property management solutions.

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for assigned portfolios, ensuring cost-effectiveness and delivering value for clients.

Provide financial analysis and reporting to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations.

Compliance and Legal:

Stay abreast of relevant property management laws and regulations.

Ensure properties within the portfolio are compliant with all necessary regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.MRICS or FRICS qualification.Proven experience managing and leading teams.Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Contact Josh Powell
