Assistant Psychologist (Neurodiversity) - UK Remote
Location: Home-based with occasional travel
Salary: GBP30k - GBP36k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6pm

The Role:
As an Assistant Psychologist, you'll assess workplace needs, meet with clients and employers, and recommend lasting, impactful adjustments for employees.
Responsibilities:
Understanding client concerns and identified barriers Delivering training and coaching to support individuals in the workplace Conducting face-to-face or virtual assessments Collaborating holistically with other professionals (e.g., physiotherapy, doctors, nurses) Maintaining high client satisfaction levels Positively contributing to the team's contracted KPI targets
Requirements:
Previously worked as an Assistant Psychologist or in a similar role. Experience in Neurodivergence (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, DCD, Tourette s) Knowledge of workplace strategies to support employees Familiarity with the Equality Act 2010 and reasonable adjustments Hold a First or Upper Second-class psychology degree with British Psychological Society membership eligibility. Extensive knowledge of current assistive technology, software, and specialised adaptations Experience in delivering training to clients on various neurodivergent conditions
