Description
Working in partnership with the Store ManagerSupporting the Store Manager on various tasksAssisting and supporting the team with training and developmentDelivering excellent customer serviceCoordinating the day-to-day tasks: deliveries, visual merchandising, stock management, replenishmentBeing responsible for opening and closing the storeDealing with customers complaintsHelping the store manage to report on performances and figures This is a very active, floor based Assistant Management role and no two days are the same
Profile
At least 2 years of experience as Store Manager of a small team or Assistant Store ManagerAbility to manage and coordinate the team to maximise performanceLead by exampleHigh standards in customer servicePassion for homewares and decorationGood communication skills Job Offer
