Job Title: Assistant Psychologist

Location: Papworth Hall School, Cambridgeshire

Salary: GBP24,340 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our clinical team. This exciting role will involve working under the supervision of a Forensic Psychologist to carry out tasks that will involve group work, 1:1 work, audit and evaluation. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from Psychotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy.

Essential Criteria:

Honours degree in Psychology, 1st class (or 2:1 with a higher degree) & Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) Relevant experience of working with adults and children in careFirst-hand experience of a range of research methodsFirst-hand experience of quantitative and qualitative research, including different methods of data collection, research designs, analysis and final report writingExperience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary teamExperience of teaching and/or supporting of other health professionalsExperience or knowledge of relevant client group (service specific)What's in it for you?
