Our client a market–leading independent estate agency, are looking for an experienced property management assistant who is looking to progress into property management. The role involves managing a smaller portfolio of properties as well as doing deposits

Key responsibilities

Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance issuesCarrying out compliance checksDealing with deposit return processArranging necessary maintenance worksLiaising with maintenance contractorsCarrying out property inspections The ideal candidate will be a multitasker, have high levels of customer service, thrives working under pressure, is highly organised, motivated and articulate.

Person Specification

Knowledge of Lettings legislation.Minimum of one year's Administration experience essential, as well as a clean driving license.Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilitiesSolid IT skills, including experience with Estate Agency CRM systems.Key negotiation skills and a natural aptitude for salesWell–spoken and well–presentedTarget–driven and ambitiousExcellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on punctuality
