Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: The convenience of working from home with 1–2 days in the office/ onsite while managing properties in London.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Assistant Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will
have experience assisting a team in a fast paced environment, ideally within residential property sector.will have a varied administrative background to confidently provide day–to–day support.Have excellent communication skills – written and verballybe a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage with and inspire others.be proactive and always looking for opportunities to drive your own performance and contribute to amazing results.Have excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation of a high level, with the ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word and Excelbe an IRPM affiliate (or willing and able to undertake this within your first year of employment)your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
