What will you be doing?

Ultimately you will be a hands on manager, who will be responsible for maintaining the output of the individuals within the production areas of the business. You will ensure that all individuals adhere to H&S policies and procedures, and meet the company requirements when it comes to performance KPI's and quality standards.

You will work cloely with the experience Operations Manager, and help handle all staff issues and requirements when it comes to Line Management and HR. It will also be your responsibility when it comes to planning the labour requirements for the week/months ahead, to ensure smooth running of the business.

What do you require?

Experience in management within Horticulture or Food / Fresh Produce.Working knowledge of and ability to implement H&S policies and procedures. Strong understanding of Microsoft office packages - including Excel, re: Pivot tables. Ability to plan labour and resource / allocations across a fast moving environment. How to Apply?
