Reed are working with a client to appoint an Assistant Financial Controller to join a world leading manufacturer. This is a key hire supporting an established and experienced Financial Controller. The successful candidate will be developed over the next 3–5 and suit someone on the path to Financial Controller.

As Assistant Financial Controller, your key duties will include:

Oversee a team of 3, ensuring all financial timetable is met with month end timelines.Responsible to produce Month End Reporting packs for multiple cost centres.Prepare and submit monthly updates to group.Reporting of all key financial data to SLT.Regular engagement with Operational teams.Ensure all legal regulations in Accounting and Finance are adhered to.Oversee Audit. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified – Ideally candidate will have a min of 3 years PQEIdeally experience of working in the manufacturing industryExperience of managing a small teamIT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages and ERP systemsHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsConscientious, methodical and able to work under own initiativeTask orientated with the ability to build effective relationships Benefits:
