The OnSIte Group are looking for a Assistant Contracts Manager for well established facade company based in Surrey.

Ideal candidate will be a supervisor looking to make the next step up and have glazing, curtain walling, window and door experience.

The main purpose of the job is to support our Retrofit department in delivering multiple projects to programme and budget, with accurate documentation and reporting. Responsible for all onsite activities, liaising with site management to ensure accurate labour levels for project requirements. Manage on site Quality processes and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Experience of construction industry, fenestration and curtain wall systems ideally, Schuco, Aluprof, RAICO and Reynaers products (any additional systems a bonus). Working knowledge of regulations, standards and industry guidance (such as CWCT). Good IT competencies, particularly in MS Office 365 An eye for detail and patience for problem solving. Collaborative approach to project delivery with strong client facing skills. Highly orga
