Main Responsibilities
Cost Analysis and Reconciliations. Management of Expense Claims and Company Credit Cards using Concur (Specialist Expenses Management system). Checking sub-contractor payments are correctly processed to meet payment deadlines. Provide cover in respect of Sales Ledger processing, Sub-Contractor Ledger, and Credit control. Assist with processing supplier invoices and setting up new projects. Ensure that all internal controls and HMRC guidelines are complied with and accounted for correctly in respect of the above Process all Sundry payments and ensure they are posted to the 4PS Accounting System. Provide the management with support and assistance with monthly deadlines and ad hoc duties. Assist management by providing support to the Finance team at busy times or times of absence. Good working knowledge of Excel. Experience of working in account s role ideally with a background that covers similar areas. Flexibility and capability to adapt.
