An exciting opportunity to work in the field of Asset Management. You will be part of an established and dynamic team, delivering asset registration and maintenance scheduling across a wide and unique asset base. This role supports hybrid working, blending on-site attendance and home working promoting an optimal work/life balance.
You will be responsible for:
Providing technical expertise on all aspects in the application of the Asset Optimisation process, specific to Asset Registration, Scheduling and MaintenanceEnsuring relevant asset related data is captured, accurate & configured within the Asset Management System, to enable operational, tactical, and strategic decision making.Ensuring all risk control measures have been considered and are suitable and sufficient for any given task.Liaising with the requestor and relevant stakeholders when necessary to ensure the Task is specified correctly to avoid ambiguity.Facilitating workshops to undertake Asset importance scoring, working in conjunction with the relevant SMEsEnsuring consistency in quality of information produced within the team, identifying any scope for improvement, and applying lessons learnedProviding guidance and support to other team members with regards to own area of expertise.The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience of reading and understanding technical information and/or have experience in working with Asset Information and Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Understanding of change control management.A broad understanding of the application of an asset optimisation process, including Spares and Obsolescence, FMEA tools and methodologies, scheduling, and Maintenance InstructionsGood interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.A reasonable level of competence with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel. Able to readily adapt and respond quickly to challenging situations and the changing needs of others.Ability to self-motivate and inspire confidence and commitment.
Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
