Braxfield Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency working within the property services and social housing sectors. Our client, a Residential Social Landlord, is looking for an Asset Management Analyst to primarily work remotely with occasional visits to their central London office.

A bit about the role:

The role will involve the updating and maintaining of the company s asset management database ensuring accuracy at all times. This role will provide support in the planning of cyclical maintenance programmes aswell as maintaining compliance across all properties. You need to be confident analysing and manipulating data in order to produce clear concise reports.

Our client would love to see candidates with the following skill set:

Experience working with large databases and ale to interpret data. Expert Excel skills. Good numeric and analytical skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills Previous experience working within property services in the housing sector.

In return our client can offer:

GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 Remote working with occasional visits to a central London based office. A great team that get along well and get the job done.
