Carrington West are pleased to be working with a multi-disciplinary architectural and planning consultancy based in Ripon in their search for an experienced town planner on a permanent basis. The successful individual will be working on a range of applications from barn conversions to new settlements, they will have a clear progression path ahead with the opportunity to take the next step up to an Associate Planner.

You will need:

A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience

MRTPI status

Strong business development skills

Experience at public enquires

GIS experience/ knowledge would be beneficial

Knowledge of development economics

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK.
