I'm a friendly, quiet professional female, in urgent need of a stable / mid to long-term single room to rent in any housing situation ie. shared house (mixed is fine) / bedsit / maisonette / annex - on an Urgent / ASAP basis - as where I currently am is no longer suitable for my housing needs.

I need to be in or near town, preferably living with other females, but mixed house is also fine.

En-suite room would be great, but its not essential - shared bathroom is ok.

I am a professional in my 40s, needing to move first so I can start my new job in the new year.

I'm quiet, don't play music loud, and I don't drink.

I am a very clean, organised and tidy person and will look after the room and am really needing stability so will want to be settled there (as long as it all works out well).
