Arbeit Studios is a Creative workspace and Artist Studios provider with sites across London.

We are opening a new site in Woodford, which will consist of 21 self-contained units, with a ground and first floor (Stairs only access).

The site has a kitchenette with a communal area.

The majority of the units has natural light.

The sizes range from 80 - 200 Sqft

Prices start at £550 Per Calendar month, excluding service charges and utilities.

Service Charges include cleaning of communal areas, waste management and Wi-Fi. There is also access to a kitchenette area with tea and coffee making facilities.

The Fee *excludes* the units electricity and gas, which will be charged at a monthly fixed fee.

We require a deposit equal to 2 months' rent

*Small business rate exemption might apply and Arbeit will support the occupier to sign the relevant documents.

Units can be accessed 24/7 and within a creative and artistic community.

We are a pets and kids friendly space and studios can be shared (with notice and approval).

You may design your unit as you like, paint the walls, put up shelves and make it your special space!

Our spaces are ideal for fine artists, designers, photographers, filmmakers, writers, small and medium businesses, creative companies, architects, non-profit etc...all creative professionals are welcome!
