Sales Area Valuer/Lister - Balham/Southfields

Basic salary GBP30,000 + CAR

OTE GBP55K+

I am looking for an outstanding individual who is a superb lister to take a step up to being an Area Valuer/Lister for this superb large independent company. With offices across the South of England this is a superb company to join and to grow alongside

In this role, you'll be working closely with the Area Sales Manager to drive business growth through innovative strategies in business generation, property sourcing, and valuations.

Your key responsibilities will involve identifying the unique needs of both vendors and applicants, and then using your exceptional communication and people skills to project a professional image while delivering top-notch customer service.

The ideal candidate:

Experienced in sales in estate agency sector Track record in the valuations of the properties Own transport and full UK driving licence Customer service experience and property market experience Be resilient, positive and have excellent attention to detail A strong leader and have a burning ambition to succeed in the sales industry
