Salary: £25,000.00 - £27,500.00 (Experience dependent).

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to management.

Reqirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred). Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in leadership or management positions.
