They are now looking to attract a suitably qualified Architectural Technologist to join the business to initially technical delivery of a large build-rent project which is due to commence on site in early 2024. Our client are keen for an experienced Technologist to be a key component in the engine room spearheading technical delivery stages 3-6 to final handover to the end user. Our client are a 100% REVIT based practice so a REVIT / BIM proficiency is absolutely essential alongside excellent job running / client facing qualities, an Architectural Technologist who has previously undertaken a project lead role would also be highly desirable.
The Architectural Technologist will also be required to have the following -
Degree Qualified Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 3-5 years UK based experience / working towards MCIAT.
Proficient REVIT user and experience of delivering large construction projects using BIM.
Thorough understanding of the Technical delivery stages of RIBA.
Capable of independently producing and reviewing technical packages of information produced using REVIT.
Ability to work under own initiative, establishing a proactive method of working.
Good written, verbal and graphical communication skills, natural client facing ability.
Previous job running and site delivery experience, keen to build good client relationships.
Working knowledge of NBS Create and Building.
Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
