Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a multi-disciplinary practice based in Nottingham city centre, that are looking to add an Architectural Technologist to their in-house design team. If you are an experienced Architectural Technologist seeking the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be running projects from concept to completion, with particular focus on the more technical areas of the RIBA cycle. Prior experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team would be advantageous, with thorough knowledge and practical of experience of Revit software is essential for this position. Detailed drawings produced at stage 4 using Revit will be expected of you, so demonstrable experience of this is required.
You will be working in a range of sectors and project types, in areas such as Residential, Commercial and Education. Education work in particular is the practice's main area of expertise, so Architectural Technologists with a background of Education at all levels would be looked upon favourably.
Requirements of the Architectural Technologist are as follows:
Architectural Technology degree or equivalent (UK recognised)
Varied background with particular impetus on Education and Residential schemes.
Revit proficiency, particularly in detailed drawing packages.
Ability to run projects from inception to completion
Experience of running small architectural teams
Salary on offer will be in the region of 35,000- 42,000 per annum dependant on experience, alongside a competitive benefits package.
