Experienced Architectural Technician is required to join a very successful Construction and development company located in Garforth, Leeds.

Our client are one of the UK's leading purpose build residential care home developer and constructors. Over 30 years of innovation, within their vertically integrated model, this has allowed them to perfect the care home designs and they are currently on track to design and build 30 car homes per year!

About the Architectural Technician role

Due to the rapid growth and forecast of new projects, they are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technician who will be responsible for the production feasibility and planning scheme drawings in 2D and 3D for client presentation and planning submissions.

Key responsibilities

To assist in the design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to completion.To work closely with all in house disciplines, site teams and external consultants.To prepare presentation drawings and visuals for planning submission.To prepare technical and detailed drawings.The successful Architectural Technician candidate will:

Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications.Hardworking with an eye for detail.Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations.Proficient in AutoCAD.Proficient in Sketchup and/or RevitStrong problem solver and communicator.Work efficiently as part of a team.In return our client offer a great place to work with great benefits including:
