Conrad Consulting are currently in partnership with an AJ100 practice, seeking an Architect with at approx 1-3 years of post qualification experience, to join offices in Birmingham, West Midlands.
The practice have become a prominent force in the architectural industry throughout the UK and internationally, with offices in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Featuring consistently in the AJ100, the practice prides itself on developing and supporting Architects to realise their full potential.
Due to an increase in work load, the Birmingham office are now seeking an Architect with approximately 1-3 years of post qualification experience to join their talented and ambitious team. You will be presented with the opportunity to work on highly notable projects, predominantly in the Healthcare sector, along with Education, Residential, Commercial and more. An Architect with both design & technical capabilities will be required for this position.
The practice have embraced the hybrid working model, currently employing a working week consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. Mondays and Thursdays are core office days, with the third day being your choice. If you would prefer to work in the office 5 days a week that is also absolutely fine. The practice also has an office in Shrewsbury, so time can be shared between the two offices if convenient to you.
Skills, qualifications and experience required of the Architect include the following:
Parts 1-3 qualified and currently ARB registered.Chartered member of RIBA.Approximately 1-3 years of post qualification experience, ideally within a private practice and preferably in the UK.Experience of working on projects within the aforementioned sectors, with a particular focus on Healthcare and Education being beneficial.Excellent organisation skills
In return, the successful Architect will be offered a salary in the region of 34,000- 40,000 (dependant on experience), alongside a competitive benefits package.
