The gear shifters do not match. The left is Potenza 11 speed, right is Centaur carbon. The gears may just need adjustment/setting, or left Potenza shifter may require replacing, as it is not giving all the gears. You might as well buy a used left Centaur, which are not expensive , around £45-£60.
