We're currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Development Officer to join our team at Clarion Futures. You'll support the development and management of a national apprenticeship programme and facilitate apprenticeship opportunities through Clarion's Contractors, suppliers and external employers.
Some of the key responsibilities will include;–
Developing a network of support agencies & providers who will refer residents and support their positive progression into work.Carrying out group/ Individual pre–screening sessions and interview prep in line with employer requirements to select most suited and appropriate customers for themRunning assessment sessions, pre–screening events and meet the employer days to maximise conversions into work.Managing a full caseload of learners and employers and respond to queries from employers and learners concerning the apprenticeship programmeManaging and liaising with all internal Employment Support Officers to match live vacancies with potential candidates We're looking for someone with good knowledge of the Government related policies including the Apprenticeship Levy, as well as either pastoral or equivalent experience and understanding to support the needs of trainees. You'll need prior experience of delivering projects within budget, of Programme Monitoring and Evaluation and of sourcing vacancies and opportunities from employers.
