Our client a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution business based in Leicester is looking for an Experienced Apparel Graphic Designer (boy s wear) for CEE Market to join our team on a permanent basis.

About the role:
Create original designs for clothing and accessories (Boy s wear)Research current fashion trends and incorporate them into designsDevelop sketches and technical drawings using CAD softwareCollaborate with team members to determine design concepts and specificationsSelect fabrics, trims, and materials for each designResearching graphics and current print trends, including producing trend boardsTranslating ideas into fast turnaround/volume graphics for both ladies and girls' wearLiaising with buyers/printers/manufacturers to develop new rangesResponsible for whole print process from development through to customer approval prior to productionCommunicating clearly and efficiently with production, senior designers, buyers and the rest of the team to ensure product is delivered to highest standard. About you:
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong sketching abilities to create initial design conceptsKnowledge of CSS, HTML5, and web design principles for digital design projectsFamiliarity with CAD software for creating technical drawingsAbility to work with a variety of materials, including fabric, leatherAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clientsKnowledge of print separation and preparation of artwork for printingAbility to interpret trends into design/product for a variety of customersAble to demonstrate a variety of graphic styles and work closely to customer trend boards as well interpreting current trends Willingness to learn about the equestrian world.Proven ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
