To excel in this role, you'll need to be organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role requires someone who is keen to ask questions and has an inquiring mind. For this role, we're really keen to bring in someone who is capable of building relationships with suppliers. This role would really suit an individual who is able to work with a team of professionals.
Your role as an Accounts Payable Manager is to ensure a high standard of Vendor/ Stakeholder relations, driving invoice payment on time with the lowest cost impact to Premier Foods. Supporting the Accounts Payable Team to achieve set goals, while driving efficiencies and improvements in line with the Premier Foods Values. You will be responsible for providing a professional and cooperative end-to-end service to both our internal and external suppliers/customers in line with Premier Food's values, promoting best practice in a shared service environment.
As our next Accounts Payable Manager, you'll be driving and leading the Accounts Payable team. You will be confident working with a high volume of invoices and able to have difficult conversations when necessary. Your remit will be instrumental in achieving a high level of efficiency and accuracy in the Accounts Payable process.

Previous P2P experiencePeople management experience and skillsetExperience working with both direct and indirect Suppliers.Highly organised, and able to prioritise work appropriately.Lead a team of colleagues and' bring them with you' during periods of development and change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills - with the wider team, internal and external stakeholdersSAP Accounts Payable knowledgeEnsure SOX controls are embedded into all processes and BAU.
