Hello is anyone looking to downsize. I have a 1 bedroom on the second floor located in London hackney (Homerton) 10 minute walk to Hackney Central station and Homerton station, hospital is a 2 minute walk and all shops, schools and gps are within a 5 to 15 minute walk. There are many local parks play areas and beautiful trails to walk and communal space.

Bathroom and kitchen have been newly painted. Both bedroom and living room are of good size.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom property or even 3. I would like hackney as my children go to school here but I’m happy to consider other areas. Please, please message me if you feel you may be interested so I can provide more details.
