This could be that they are behind in their payments, facing foreclosure, in tax sale, own an unwanted house, limited or no funds, who may want or need to sell their house. We buy and sell houses. We also work with lenders who may need a professional to do a site visit of a troubled homeowner and assess their situation and report back with solutions on how to help both lender and homeowner.
