Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $19 / hour

What you'll be doing as aProduction Specialist:

• Elevate the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
• Champion reliable team dynamics with prompt attendance and outstanding performance.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain a pristine worksite to eliminate hazards from chemicals and fragile products.
• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines throughout the facility.
• Execute processes by Standard Operating Procedures, including the operation of mixing, bagging, spray drying, fluid bed drying, and powered lift equipment.
• Monitoring the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
• Being a reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance.
• Communicating effectively with team members and leadership to improve processes.
• Demonstrate your commitment to lifelong learning and curiosity.

Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends
Job requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50-55 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator (in some designated areas).
• Must be clean-shaven.
• Must pass post-offer physical drug screen, and background check.
