One Way Cleaning Services Inc was founded in 2003 and provides superior services to Miami and
the surrounding area. Our dedicated team of professionals help our customers with House
Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Move In/Out, Post Construction Cleaning,and Virucide Disinfecting
Services (For Virucide Disinfecting Services, employees will be paid extra).
Position Summary
The Cleaning Tech role is a new role for our 2024 season. The objective of this role is to act as
second in command to the owner, providing direction to the team as a cleaner/ supervisor.
this person must have experience managing and scheduling a crew of 2-6 people.
We are re looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive
and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little
direct supervision.
Responsibilities
For a Cleaning Tech you’ll be expected to complete 1-3 jobs per day
A Cleaning Tech will also be expected to drive to and from the job sites.

/>Invoices, creating quotes, and scheduling new jobs will be required.
Customer interactions will occur face to face and over the phone.
Will need to be available on mornings, afternoons, some evenings and nights.
Job Requirements
A working vehicle and valid drivers license.
Previous leadership experience.
Experience working in a mobile service environment.
Required 1-2 year job experience or training.
Experience with specific equipment or chemicals.
Verified background check.
Additional Information
All the cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided by the employer.
Paid training will be $11/hr and after it’ll be up to $18/hr for the cleaner/ supervisor
position
Other positions are cleaning crew which pays $12.00 to $15.00 an hour.
