Job Responsibilities:
-Providing support over the phone and via email in a timely, consistent, and courteous manner.
-Answer calls using our script and solve questions using our established guidelines

-Customer Service Experience +
-Call Center Experience is a plus not a must we will train!
-Computer
-Positive Attitude
-Excellent Telephone Skills
