10-day mindfulness meditation introductory session. This session is designed by Jason Stephenson, founder of Relax Me Online Australia Pty Ltd and Meditation Masters TV. He has been involved in the meditation/relaxation music field for the past 15 years. "Meditation and affirmations have become a daily ritual to help change my health and mindset." Jason says.
This session is all about recommitting yourself to meditation. Although the courses only go for about 10, 15, or 20 minutes, it's important that you commit just one a day but you make it a regular occurrence for the next ten days. And in doing this you're giving yourself a chance to begin again to be the person that you were born to be, to live a peaceful and clam life, and to know that there are certain activities that tend to stress you out often but you're going to be in a much better position to deal and cope with stress, in a relaxed and positive manner.
