Description
In its 40-year history, the "NBA Slam Dunk Contest winners" have seen it all, from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. From players being limited to dunking inside a certain time period to only having a certain amount of attempts, to the 2014 edition, when someone had the wonderful (or not) idea of pitting East against West, the contest has seen many modifications. Some role players have made their mark in this event, while great players (hello, LeBron James) have avoided it totally. Is it to get more rest or to prevent embarrassment? Nobody is aware.
