Firstly, the raw material, HDPE resin, is obtained through the polymerization of ethylene. The resin is then melted and extruded through a die to form a continuous tube of plastic. The tube is subsequently flattened and cooled to obtain a flat sheet of HDPE.
Next, the HDPE sheet is fed into a bag-making machine, where it undergoes a series of operations. The machine cuts the sheet into the desired bag size and shape, seals the edges, and punches handles or slots if required. The bags are then stacked and bundled for further processing.
