"We have languages entering our country. There isn't a single teacher in our entire nation who can speak that language," Trump proclaimed before thousands of supporters at the Conservative Political Action Conference outside Washington, D.C. last month. "These are languages — it's the most absurd thing — they have languages that nobody in this country has ever heard of.
