Make it Count Fundraising Ltd is looking for fundraisers to join our growing team to be employed as talented sales representatives to support our charities which benefit the health, wellness and livelihoods of others less fortunate. Fundraising locations are supermarkets and shopping centres. Which are either within London or across the South East of England.

ALL BRANDED EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED (i.e. buckets, card readers, leaflets, merchandise, jackets, t-shirts).

FULL TRAINING IS GIVEN before the first shift from our experienced trainers, with ongoing support and advice from team leaders to gain confidence when interacting with the public, as you continue to learn, grow and develop your fundraising career!

CASH IN HAND DAILY FROM THE OFFICE based on performance on shift. This is not an hourly based role.

KEY CRITERIA:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Live within the London area, with the ability to travel to the London office on the same day as to sites.

• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Advertising, Promotions, Retail, Call Centre, Hospitality or Marketing is beneficial; however, we also consider applicants without this experience but with the enthusiasm to learn and grow.

• Fluent in English and well spoken, with excellent communication skills.

• Strong time management and organisational skills, with responsibility to attend sites on time, with prompt notification to team leader if any issues arise.

• Energised, with an enthusiastic and positive attitude (BIG SMILES ARE ESSENTIAL)!

• Able to explain and uphold the culture and values of the charity which is being represented on each shift, whilst adhering to the site’s code of conduct.

• Well-groomed and presented.
