Just look at those tyres! these 24 Inch mountains bike style pneumatic tyres are able to withstand tough terrain and can absorb much of the bumps in the ground unlike solid tyres. The deep tread also makes for a smoother more comfortable ride and because they are filled with air, it makes them much lighter.

Designed to tackle uneven terrain such as gravel, cobbles, dirt tracks and grass, they also provide more traction, making it easier and safer on inclines and declines due to the increased level of grip.

Despite its sturdy appearance and feel, the all aluminium frame makes the G-explorer a super lightweight chair. Its lightweight nature makes it easier for the user to self-propel, transport and store.

The G-Explorer is equipped with all of those details that just make life a little more enjoyable, such as adjustable armrests to make it easier to sit at a desk or at a table for dinner, flip up and swing out foot rests, calf straps and seat skirts to prevent clothing from touching the wheels.

In addition to the added level of confidence users get from an all-terrain wheelchair, the G-explorer features rear steppers and an anti-tip mechanism to prevent the chair from tipping backwards. This is particularly useful for curbs and small steps, allowing the chair to tilt back as required without gravity taking over. Attendants can use the stepper to help them safely tilt the chair and remain stable themselves.
