Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Airfreight Export Team Leader for a busy well established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Egham, Surrey area.

Job Description:-

You will be working within our Operations department and will play an integral part in helping to support the business as a whole; by ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met.

Managing a team of 5 people.

Key Functions:

Office based

Jobs from start to finish, Export Air / Sea and Road

Customs entries

Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly

Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external

Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times

Liaise with the customer on system related issues

Always Maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Desirable Skills:

Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Cargowise

Air and Sea modes

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
