Key Responsibilities:
As an Agriculture Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of agriculture claims from initial investigation to settlement. Your primary duties will include:
Investigating and assessing agriculture claims while ensuring compliance with client SLAs and company standards.Utilising your technical expertise to proactively manage claims and provide outstanding customer service.Collaborating with the Head of Agriculture & Forestry Division to meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards.Demonstrating commitment to innovation and consistently delivering market-leading services and products. Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the agriculture claims service sector as an adjuster. OR3 years of experience as a Commercial Property Adjuster, with a desire to specialize in agriculture claims.Strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Adeptness at working accurately under pressure and meeting strict deadlines and service standards.High degree of IT literacy and competency.A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks.Ideally, hold a minimum qualification of Dip CII/Dip CILA or possess other relevant qualifications or degrees.
