Aftersales Manager required in Wimbledon, South West London

45 hour week

Competitive Salary + Company Car, plus many company benefits.

Working hours 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business.

The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment. .

Must have:

Experience in a Service / Aftersales Manager role within a Franchised Dealer;

Proven success running an aftersales operation;

Responsible for Technicians, Service Advisors, Drivers, Parts Advisors, Workshop Controllers. We're looking for a motivational Manager with a proven background in coaching and developing an aftersales team.
