You will be working for a small team, about 6/7, in a large organisation so you get the best of both worlds!
You will be part of the back–office team supporting the front–line call centre with accurate administration.
The client initially speaks to the call centre and explains their query, once they have been dealt with, you will provide the back–office administration so the client gets what they need quickly and efficiently. It may be a confirmation letter, a document to update. You might be adding information to the system – it's very varied. You may have administration experience gained in an office environment – or if you have a degree and can show your attention to detail as well as being able to manage your workload, they would be very interested in talking to you. You will be joining a friendly team where the line manager is very supportive and will help you to use the skills you already have, while encouraging you to learn and develop new ones.

The salary starts at GBP22,000 rising to GBP24,402 after a 6–month probation and the role would start on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
