Description

Administrator - Poole - Salary GBP25,000Fantastic opportunity to join our client, an established Wealth Management company, as an Administrator. You will have a good understanding of pension & investment products and FPC qualified or working towards in order to provide high quality administrative support to the Financial Planners.The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.Main responsibilities:

General office administration including opening, scanning, distributing and logging post.Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.Ensure all client files and supporting documentation are maintained as per company procedures.Organise and maintain effective filing and communication systems in the office including client database management.Client meeting preparation including issuing letters of authority, collating information for Financial Planners / Paraplanners and producing client review packs.Preparation of valuations and mailingsProcess new business applications, checking all compliance aspects and chasing them through to completion.Dealing with existing business queriesAssist in product research and information gathering including obtaining product illustrations from Assureweb and other providers.Collate all the quantitative detailed information required to support any recommendations to be made.Ensure all relevant paperwork held within a client file for reports and recommendations is present, relevant and compliant.Ensure all appropriate 'know your client' information has been obtained and can be demonstrated within the relevant client file.Maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm.Ensure all mandatory annual Compliance and Anti Money Laundering training is complete and up to date and be able to demonstrate a satisfactory level of understanding and responsibilities. Person Specification:

Solid understanding of pension and investment products is desirable but not essential.Experience working in a fast paced Administrative role.Ideally educated to at least A level or equivalent standard.Strong customer services skills.Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Intelliflo (IO) or similar client database system would be an advantage.
