Join a cosmetics company as an Administrator / Personal Assistant to the managing director.
Working part time: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Thursday.
THE JOB:
Overall, you will be assisting the managing director, enabling him to become more effective and efficient. This includes:
- Preparation of documents, reports and presentations.
- Managing incoming emails, post, and calls.
- Drafting letters, filing, diary management.
- Working with third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Stock control.
- Occasionally deal with the MD's personal work.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in office administration and as a PA preferred.
- Polite, friendly and confident.
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £13,000 - £15,000, dependent on experience.
- 20 days holiday (pro-rata).
