OA are currently working with a well established, leading organisation within the fire safety solutions industry and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the management team, managing a client account ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved, based in Stevenage with an immediate start!
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm (40 hour week)Weekly Pay – GBP10.57 – GBP12.00 an hourImmediate start, Temporary to Permanent opportunity21 Days holiday + bank holiday (once permanent) Free on–site parkingTeam activities and last Friday of the month treats Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
Checking and collating reportsRaising quotes to customers.Using multiple systemsProviding customer updates with job progress, any delays and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved to the highest possible standardRaising jobs and responding to emails Administrator – Skills and Experience:
