Duties:
Day-to-day administration of customer service within the business, assisting customers with orders and returnsBeing the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responsesOversee the life cycle of customer orders, from placement to delivery, ensuring a seamless experienceEnsure product inventory is meticulously managed across all third-party e-commerce platformsWork hand in hand with our distribution teamSupport the e-commerce management team in the smooth operation of daily tasks and long-term initiativesProviding a variety of accurate reports and information for other departmentsRequesting and checking of customer purchase orders, highlighting and resolving any discrepancies ahead of deliveriesCoordinating picking and despatch requirements with the warehouse teamBooking in deliveries with customers and producing any necessary labels or paperwork if requiredCreating a variety of reports and sending out weekly stock lists to customersOrganising collections of stock and processing returnsCreating and maintaining sales target for the sales teamHandling complaints or order issues, escalating where necessaryKeeping accurate records of informationReconciling seasonal purchase order requirements with Operations TeamKnowledge & Skills required
Experienced in working within a customer service based role or office based roleAn interest within luxury fashion & retail!Ability to build relationships with colleagues / clientsProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and communication skillsBasic numerical skillsGood telephone mannerGood knowledge and experience with Shopify is desirableGood level of education - degree educated 2.1 or aboveAbout you:
