Based within the central Quality Team at LTE Group, you will be part of our team of talented colleagues who have a passion for improving teaching, learning and assessment. With the administration support you provide to our team, you will make a critical contribution to improving the quality of education across the Group.
Amongst wider responsibilities outlined in the role profile, you will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for the Group Quality Team. Providing administrative support under the direction of the Administration Team Leader including:
Supporting the arrangements for CPD training/eventsBooking rail, accommodation, and external venuesDistributing and collating quality surveysManaging correspondence from the quality email boxScheduling meetings, taking notes, distributing documents, managing arrangements for face-to-face meetings, and setting up Teams Meetings for virtual meetingsManaging sensitive and extensive confidential informationThe right person for the role will be:
Confident in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft TeamsGood organisational skillsExperienced in interacting with people at different levels both in-person and onlineThe LTE Group has the support, expertise and power of a wider group infrastructure that works together for the benefit of students, employers and wider communities.
