Key Responsibilities:
Administering grant schemes.
Verifying customer eligibility for the program.
Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, utilizing initiative, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in an organized and methodical manner.
Downloading assigned jobs from the server.
Reviewing job paperwork to ensure compliance with ECO (Energy Company Obligation) Guidance.
Updating job statuses on a shared spreadsheet within the office.
Compiling, submitting, and maintaining the necessary administrative information and installation data.
Assisting senior managers with ad-hoc tasks.
Handling telephone inquiries.
