The Plymouth Charity Group is looking for a part-time administrator who is a wizard with Excel and can provide central administration support to our organisation. Our ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of organising day-to-day administrative duties.
As one of our valued employees, you will be our front-line support when it comes to our day-to-day administrative duties. That includes such duties as providing reception services, answering phones, preparing reports, and creating charts and other documents in Excel. Your primary role will be providing a central source of administrative support for the entire organisation, which would include tasks related to all of our operations.
To be a success in this role, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, and be able to multitask. You must also be comfortable with handling confidential information and have a strong customer service ethos.
