We have a new opportunity for an Administrator with customer service experience to be responsible for the following: –
Communicating effectively with our clients through phone calls on a regular basis.Coordinating with various stakeholders such as Councils, Housing Authorities, OT's and Contractors.Assisting surveyors in preparing quotations by typing them up.Having a good command of word and excel software.Maintaining the order of the filing system. The role is Monday to Friday office based. Working within a team you will need to have good admin skills, familiar with MS office. Good communication both verbal and written.
